By joining a UM System Retiree Association, you become part of a group that will advocate for the retiree community and actively contribute to the welfare of their institutions.

The 午夜影院 allows retirees to set a retiree email address in myHR (PDF) in order to receive official communications from the University at the email address of their choosing.

You can also authorize the University to share your contact information with your campus retiree association if you choose. Click 鈥淯M Employee Data鈥 and check the checkbox to opt in.

Retiree Insurance

Some retirees are eligible to participate in University-sponsored insurance plans in retirement. Eligibility is dependent on several factors and plan offerings and costs update year-to-year.

Ahead of the insurance Annual Enrollment period each fall, there are informational events and resources to inform retirees of any changes for the upcoming year. Review retiree insurance and enrollment process information to learn more.

Pension Plan Funding Performance

The University's pension plan (the Retirement, Disability and Death Benefit Plan, referred to as "the Plan") is in good health. Members of the Defined Benefit Plan (DB Plan) and Hybrid Plan, who have a pension benefit under the Plan, can count on receiving the benefits they鈥檝e earned.

The University takes its fiduciary responsibility very seriously and will never waiver from that commitment.
